Welcome to our Learning Management System (LMS) FAQ section. This guide provides answers to common questions related to accessing your courses, course materials, and LMS features. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, please refer to the following FAQs or contact our support team for help.

1. How do I log in to the LMS portal?

To log in, click here to sign in and enter your registered email address along with your password (e.g., Fortray@123). If the password does not work, reset it by clicking "Forgot your password" and following the instructions provided.

2. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Click on "Forgot your password," enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

3. How do I access my courses?

After logging into the LMS, go to your profile. Under your profile, find the "Courses" section, where you’ll see all the courses assigned to you.

4. How do I access course materials such as videos and documents?

Within each course, navigate to the relevant section (e.g., Microsoft Bootcamp) to access materials, including videos, PDFs, and other essential documents.

5. Where can I find the class recordings?

Class recordings are stored within each course in the "Class Recordings" section. Navigate here to view and review recorded sessions.

6. What if I can’t access certain materials or videos?

If you experience access issues, first check your internet connection and try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue continues, please contact our support team for assistance.

7. How do I check my progress or completion status?

Progress can be tracked within each course. A progress bar or completion status indicator is displayed on your course dashboard, showing your current status.

8. I cannot find session recordings.

To locate session recordings, go to the "Class Recording" section (e.g., Class Recording Microsoft Bootcamp), select your batch, and view your session recordings.

9. Can I access recordings from previous batches?

Yes, recordings from previous batches are available. However, please note that due to occasional technical issues, some recordings may not be uploaded. Use the available resources as needed.

10. How long will I have access to the LMS portal?

Access to the LMS portal is granted for one year from your enrollment date. This allows ample time to complete your courses and access all materials.

11. Where can I find exam preparation materials?

Log in to the LMS, go to the Microsoft Boot Camp course, and navigate to Section 10, where all exam preparation documents are located.

12. Course is not assigned on LMS.

  • Log in to your LMS portal using your portal credentials https://fortray.learnworlds.com/
  • Navigate to “My Learning” in the top right corner of the dashboard. This will direct you to the “My Courses” page.
  • There, you’ll discover your assigned courses along with all the relevant materials associated with them.
  • If you’re unable to locate your course, reach out to our support team for assistance support@fortray.com.

13. Cannot find session recordings.

  • Log in to your LMS portal using your portal credentials https://fortray.learnworlds.com/.
  • Navigate to “My Learning” in the top right corner of the dashboard. This will direct you to the “My Courses” page.
  • There, you’ll discover your assigned courses along with all the relevant materials associated with them.
  • To access your batch’s recordings, scroll down and open the “LIVE CLASS Recordings” section.
  • If you’re unable to locate your batch recording, reach out to our support team for assistance.

14. The videos on the LMS are getting stuck, but my internet is fine.

  • Ensure your device meets the minimum hardware requirement (Core i5, 6th Gen or higher).
  • Update your browser and clear the cache.
  • Try accessing in Chrome’s incognito mode.
  • Check for and install any Windows updates.
